Vacation: Book Now or Later?

After two years of no vacation, I'm taking one this year and want to know if I should book early or late for a better deal?

You'll get the best deal if you're flexible and book last minute. But if you want a specific place at a specific time, bite the bullet in advance. There are deals out there now that will change over the next couple of months.
